Photos will follow once I’ve finished the last roll of film, had them processed, and gotten around to scanning them. Found myself shooting a lot less than last year – only 5 rolls. More time cycling, less time shooting.

Update: Photos now up on My Gallery – some stuff that I’m proud of, but definitely less than last year

I’m jealous – looks like a great route. What kind of roads/tracks was it on?

Proper cyclepaths almost everywhere – where cyclepath is the swedish definition (a proper road for cycles, often totally separate to the main road or footpath, or at least a well marked area of footpath) as opposed to the british definition (a bit of green paint on the main road where the attrition rate has proved too high) – more than 90% was tarmac, the rest was easy paths (except for my mis-reading the map and ending trying to push a fully loaded touring bike through a forest and a swamp..). The few sections riding on normal roads were on roads so quiet that you hardly even saw a car. And when you did, they (shock! horror!) understood and respoected cyclists, and gave you loads of space! It was lovely :)
